Congratulations to Jim Doar

While you were not given much of a chance to be the great town manager that Rumford needed and that you had all the skills (but maybe not the stomach ) for, it's nice to know that Bethel can benefit from having someone so talented. Rumford's loss is Bethel's gain. Congratulations, and best of luck to you!
