When did Frankie start having faith in anything Eric Russell had to say?  What a self-serving, Tea Party hypocrite! Obstruct, obstruct, obstruct...that's all they know.

Selectmen then approved Main-Land's proposal with DiConzo dissenting. He said he objected because the board didn't consult with Public Works officials.
