I just attempted to ask a question on the Time Warner web site using their Chat feature. The so-called represenative on the other end of the chat responded slowly and wrote in such a way that I asked if he/she was a computer. I became aggrivated with the system when it took almost a minute for a response to a simple question. It is too bad that Mr. Puiia's cable system has gone corporate and forgotten the customer.
