I think it is! Can I suggest that the coat should be fake burberry and that the hair should have a few more highlights? other than that, the likeness is perfect!

serious note.... i know people have contacted Len Greany about their concerns of having JSN sitting ( I won't say " heavily") on 4 boards/committees. If he has any sense, he should have a sit down with her and ask her to recuse herself from at least 3 of them for the sake of credibility.
