NEW YEAR'S 2009 PREDICTIONS

Post by Timeout on Wed Dec 31, 2008 2:14 pm

Anyone care to help me compile a list of New Year predictions? Topic is wide open, from Obama's innauguration, to what this year's new "pink" will be (xmashen will probably be on this one...lol). Of course predictions on town government are more than welcome.

I predict... wait, let me adjust my aluminum foil cap.... ok, there... that JSN will enter a convent, and by guile and manipulation speedily rise to the post of Mother Superior and change the name of the order to " SISTERS OF NO MERCY" or maybe " DAUGHTERS OF AVARICE". Most things will be banned.

Actually, if I had it to do over again, I may get into the legal system, but as a prosecuting attorney, not a corrections officer. Smile A local attorney told me I missed my calling. Smile

Actually, being a judge might be fun too.

The Roman Catholic church has much more strict requirements now for persons entering the clergy. I can't imagine why. dunno

JSN and KS will run for selectman against Arthur Boivin. I'm putting five bucks on that one.
